De Sousa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se trata del an\u00e1lisis de las preferencias del mercado espa\u00f1ol sobre la perla rocha, un pera genuinamente portuguesa, para el dise\u00f1o de un plan de marketing estrat\u00e9gico al final.  en el presente estudio, en un intento de aportar informaci\u00f3n al respecto, en primer lugar, se presenta la justificaci\u00f3n y objetivos del trabajo; seguidamente se desarrolla un cuadro conceptual y un conjunto de hip\u00f3tesis, de que resulta la metodolog\u00eda aplicada en la investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica.  tras ofrecer una visi\u00f3n panor\u00e1mica del mercado mundial y de la uni\u00f3n europea (ue-15) para dicha fruta, se entra en el an\u00e1lisis del mercado de la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica, ofreciendo primero una visi\u00f3n descriptiva de la situaci\u00f3n actual, para pasar despu\u00e9s al an\u00e1lisis e interpretaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n primaria, cogida a la luz de las teor\u00edas existentes, con la idea de realizar respecto al potencial del mercado de la pera rocha en espa\u00f1a, y profundizando el an\u00e1lisis al caso espec\u00edfico del mercado del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Madrid.  seguidamente se proponen las l\u00edneas maestras de una estrategia de marketing para el adecuado desarrollo de dicho mercado u otro similiar a nivel internacional. por fin, un conjunto de conclusiones son presentadas, y sus
