Esta correcci\u00f3n era necesaria para obtener los espectros descontaminados de las componentes a y b de sbs 0909+532 en un rango de 6000a.  en la tesis tambi\u00e9n se desarrollan nuevas aplicaciones experimentales al estudio de sistemas lente gravitatoria. En el caso de q2237+0305, se estudian los perfiles de las l\u00edneas, relacionando las diferentes partes de la l\u00ednea con distintas regiones de la galaxia anfitriona del cu\u00e1sar. Se confirma adem\u00e1s la emisi\u00f3n extensa detectada anteriormente, relacionada con una l\u00ednea estrecha de emisi\u00f3n (lee) extra presente en la galaxia anfitriona del cu\u00e1sar. Las diferentes contribuciones de la lee extensa a las distintas componentes compactas de q2237+0305 hace dudoso el uso del flujo total en la l\u00ednea de emisi\u00f3n como referencia para el estudio del efecto microlente. sin embargo, se demuestra que este problema se puede evitar usando las alas de la linea, que proceden de la regi\u00f3n de l\u00edneas anchas, en lugar de la totalidad de la l\u00ednea. En el caso de sbs 0909+532, se calcula un mapa de la l\u00ednea de absorci\u00f3n de mgii2796,2803, que presenta un m\u00e1ximo de absorci\u00f3n cerca de la componente b. Esta absorci\u00f3n la producen las nubes de gas presentes en la galaxia lente sobre la emisi\u00f3n del continuo del cu\u00e1sar.  este hecho, junto con los estudios de extinci\u00f3n por polvo, sugiere que la galaxia lente tiene grandes cantidades de gas y polvo cerca de b, aunque l\u00e9har y colaboradores obtuvieron en 2000 que la componente a es la m\u00e1s cercana a la galaxia lente. Esto implica que el gas y el polvo pudieron haber sido barridos en la zona interior a 2,5 kpc de la galaxia lente.  se demuestra tambi\u00e9n que la e<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
