Su f\u00e1cil acceso a membranas y prote\u00ednas de membrana se asocia preferentemente a dos factores: movilidad conformacional y tama\u00f1o de las mismas. Este \u00faltimo factor es la principal limitaci\u00f3n a la s\u00edntesis en el laboratorio de estas nuevas mol\u00e9culas, ya que la consecuci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s de 30 a que justifican su acomodo en lo ancho de las membranas celulares implican procesos sint\u00e9ticos con un n\u00famero de pases muy elevado. Las tecnolog\u00edas convergentes existentes son muy limitadas o de escasa esteroselecci\u00f3n por lo que es necesario la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevos acoplamientos intermoleculares. otra inconveniencia que a\u00f1adir es la dificultad de aplicar tecnolog\u00edas de acoplamiento a subunidades de peso molecular 500, a\u00fan cuando \u00e9stas hayan demostrado ser efectivas en mol\u00e9culas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, ya que los rendimientos disminuyen. En tal sentido, es necesario cumplimentar el paso sint\u00e9tico con aproximaciones extra que reordenan los sustratos en una disposici\u00f3n predefinida y v\u00e1lida para que la reacci\u00f3n transcurra con la estereosclecci\u00f3n adecuada. Es necesario pues no s\u00f3lo buscar condiciones para el acoplamiento intermolecular, sino que \u00e9ste ocurra con elementos de control adecuado para que el posterior proceso de ciclaci\u00f3n tenga lugar con la creaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea correcta de los centros estereog\u00e9nicos presentes en la mol\u00e9cula. en tal sentido, nuestro trabajo consiste en generalizar en sustratos de mayor
