Sin embargo, la relacionada con los compuestos de ciclopentadienil-osmio no ha recibido una atenci\u00f3n semejante. En esta memoria se recogen los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de nuevas reacciones de activaci\u00f3n de enlaces h-c, h-si, h-ge y h-sn, y de acoplamiento c-c, c-si, c-ge, c-n y c-p, partiendo del complejo os(n5-c5h5)cl(pipr3)2(1).  el tratamiento de 1 con alquinos terminales en presencia de t1+ conduce a los derivados [osh(n5-c5h5)(c=cr)(pipr3)2]+ (r= ph, cy), que son estables y no evolucionan a sus is\u00f3meros vinilideno; sin embargo, estos derivados se pueden obtener a trav\u00e9s de la secuencia de reacciones: deprotonaci\u00f3n &#8211; protonaci\u00f3n.  el complejo 1 reacciona con hidruros del tipo h-eph3 (e= si, ge, sn) para dar los derivados osh(n5-c5h5)cl(eph3)(pipr3), tras activaci\u00f3n de enlaces h-si, h-ge y h-sn. La estabilidad de los enlaces os-e depende de la naturaleza de e (os-ge &gt; os-sn &gt;&gt; os-si).  el tratamiento de los complejos osh(n5-c5h5)cl(eph3)(pipr3)(e = si, ge) con nucle\u00f3filos del tipo nuli (un = ch2cn, r, nr2, pph2) conduce a la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos derivados con el ligando ciclopentadienilo sustituido. En estas reacciones se producen acoplamientos c-c, c-si, c-ge, c-n y c-p.  las reacciones de los complejos osh(n5-c5h5)cl(eph3)(pipr3) (e = si, ge) con fenilacetiluro de litio llevan a los alquinilos osh(n5-c5h)(c=cph)(eph3)(pipr3). la diferente naturaleza de e ejerce una marcada influencia sobre las propiedades \u00e1cido-base de estos complejos. El tratamiento con bases fuertes y adici\u00f3n posterior  de electr\u00f3filos lleva a nuevos derivados vinilideno y alquenilo, que por protonaci\u00f3n dan derivados carbino y n3-alilo.  las reacciones de osh(n5-c5h5)(c=cph)(eph3)(pipr3) (e = si, ge) con hbf4 llevan al hidruro carbino [osh(n5-c5h5)(=c-ch2ph)(pipr3)]bf4.
