{"id":20454,"date":"2002-11-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-11-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-hiperplasia-adenomatosa-ata%c2%adpica-y-su-relacion-con-el-adenocarcinoma-prostatico-estudio-cuantitativo-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico\/"},"modified":"2002-11-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-11-12T00:00:00","slug":"la-hiperplasia-adenomatosa-ata%c2%adpica-y-su-relacion-con-el-adenocarcinoma-prostatico-estudio-cuantitativo-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/la-hiperplasia-adenomatosa-ata%c2%adpica-y-su-relacion-con-el-adenocarcinoma-prostatico-estudio-cuantitativo-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico\/","title":{"rendered":"La hiperplasia adenomatosa at\u00edpica y su relaci\u00f3n con el adenocarcinoma prost\u00e1tico. estudio cuantitativo e inmunohistoqu\u00edmico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rafael Jes\u00fas Luque Barona <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivos  caracterizar de forma cuantitativa la hiperplasia adenomatosa at\u00edpica (haa) prost\u00e1tica mediante estimaciones del tama\u00f1o y forma nucleares, composci\u00f3n tisular, n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas secretoras y basales, frecuencia de nucleolos, prote\u00ednas de ciclo celular y alteraciones gen\u00e9ticas, para posteriormente comparar sus caracter\u00edsticas con la hiperplasia nodular (hn) y el adenocarcinoma bien diferenciado (aca) y detectar posibles subgrupos dentro de la haa, con casos m\u00e1s afines al hn y casos m\u00e1s parecidos al aca.  material y m\u00e9todos  se us\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de imagen, inmunohistoqu\u00edmica y an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9tico para estudiar 90 lesiones de la zona de transici\u00f3n que incluyeron focos de hn (n=26), haa (n=42) y aca (n=22).  se determinaron las siguientes variables: par\u00e1metros de tama\u00f1o nuclear [volumen nuclear medio ponderado al volumen, \u00e1rea, per\u00edmetro, radios medio (rmed), m\u00e1ximo (rmax) y m\u00ednimo (rmin), di\u00e1metro equivalente al c\u00edrculo (dec) y di\u00e1metros de proyecci\u00f3n (feret x e y)], de forma nuclear [factor forma circular (ffpe), densidad superior de radios (dsr), \u00edndice de separaci\u00f3n de la circularidad (isc), raz\u00f3n per\u00edmetro2\/\u00e1rea (par)], fracciones de volumen  tisular, \u00edndices de marcaje de p21, p27 y ki-67 y desequilibrio al\u00e9lico en cuatro regiones microsat\u00e9lites en 8p y una en 7q. Se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico multivariante que incluy\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de la varianza, an\u00e1lisis discriminante y an\u00e1lisis de conglomerados.  resultados  se detectaron las siguientes diferencias signficativas:  1,- entre hn-aca o entre haa-aca, pero no entre hn-haa, en el caso del volumen medio nuclear, \u00e1rea, per\u00edmetro, rmed, rmax, feret x, deco, fracciones de volumen de c\u00e9lulas basales y acinares, porcentaje de nucleolos peque\u00f1os, \u00edndice de marcaje para p21 y n\u00famero de regiones alteradas por caso.  2,- entre hn-haa o
