{"id":20495,"date":"2002-12-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-12-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sa%c2%adntesis-y-caracterizacion-de-potenciales-inhibidores-de-beta-lactamasas-dependientes-de-zn-ii\/"},"modified":"2002-12-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-12-12T00:00:00","slug":"sa%c2%adntesis-y-caracterizacion-de-potenciales-inhibidores-de-beta-lactamasas-dependientes-de-zn-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/sa%c2%adntesis-y-caracterizacion-de-potenciales-inhibidores-de-beta-lactamasas-dependientes-de-zn-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de potenciales inhibidores de beta-lactamasas dependientes de zn (ii)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Iluminada Hern\u00e1ndez Bl\u00e1zquez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Actualmente uno de los mayores problemas a los que se enfrenta la sanidad es la resistencia bacteriana a los antibi\u00f3ticos beta-lact\u00e1micos que tiene su origen en la expresi\u00f3n de las enzimas beta-lactamasas, concretamente las metalo-beta-lactamasas, que no son inhibidas por los inhibidores cl\u00e1sicos que existen en cl\u00ednica hoy en d\u00eda (sulbactam, tazaobactam y \u00e1cido clavul\u00e1nico) y, que son capaces de hidrolizar un importante grupo de antibi\u00f3ticos beta-lact\u00e1micos incluidos los carbapenemas o penicilinas de tercera generaci\u00f3n.  debido a la importancia de este problema resulta importante obtener compuestos capaces de inhibir estas metalo-enzimas.
