Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos de este trabajo han sido estudiar si diazepan se comporta como un inhibidor de fosfodiesterasa, si potencia la respuesta inotr\u00f3pica positiva de catecolaminas end\u00f3genas y la posible implicaci\u00f3n del complejo receptor benzodiazepina\/gaba\/canal de cloruro o del receptor benzodiazep\u00ednico perif\u00e9rico en dichos efectos.  los materiales y m\u00e9todos utilizados son los siguientes:  * registro de la respuesta contr\u00e1ctil en tejido ventricular derecho de cobayas y ratas.  * curvas dosis-respuesta.  * purificaci\u00f3n de isoenzimas de fosfodiesterasa (fde).  * desplazamiento de rolipram tritiado en membranas del c\u00f3rtex cerebral de ratas.  * preparaci\u00f3n de eosin\u00f3filos de cobaya y determinaci\u00f3n de amp c\u00edclico en los mismos.  * an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico.  los compuestos utilizados han sido: isoprenalina, noradrenalina, adrenalina, fentolamina, desmetilimipramina, gaba, picrotoxina (disueltos en soluci\u00f3n normal de tyrode) y diazepam, corticosterona, flumazenil, pk 11195, sk&amp;f 94120, milrinona y polifram (disueltos en dimetilsulf\u00f3xido y soluci\u00f3n de tyrode).  en base a los resultados obtenidos se han establecido las siguientes conclusiones:  * diazepam es un inhibidor no competitivo de fosfodiesterasa tipo 4.  * como consecuencia del efecto anterior, diazepam potencia el efecto inotr\u00f3pico positivo de agonistas beta-adren\u00e9rgicos y de catecolaminas end\u00f3genas.  * en la potenciaci\u00f3n del efecto inotr\u00f3pico positivo de diazepam no esta implicado el complejo receptor benzodiazepina\/gaba\/canal de cloruro ni el receptor benzodiazep\u00ednico perif\u00e9rico.  * diazepam potencia el incremento de los niveles tisulares de ampc inducidos por isoprenalina.  * diazepam inhibe la fosfordiesterasa tipo 5 con una potencia similar a la que presenta como inhibidor de fosfodiesterasa tipo 4.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Diazepam inhibe fosfodiesterasa tipo 4: evidencia funcional y bioqu\u00edmica<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Diazepam inhibe fosfodiesterasa tipo 4: evidencia funcional y bioqu\u00edmica <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Collado Mart\u00ednez M.
