Adem\u00e1s, los problemas reales pueden llevar asociados incertidumbre.  los sistemas de ayuda a la decisi\u00f3n son programas inform\u00e1ticos que apoyan al decisor en el proceso de toma de decisiones, tomando como base el an\u00e1lisis de decisiones y considerando t\u00e9cnicas de la psicolog\u00eda, la inteligencia artificial y las ciencias de la computaci\u00f3n.  el prop\u00f3sito de esta tesis ha sido desarrollar e implementar un sistema de ayuda a la decisi\u00f3n gen\u00e9rico, basado en el ciclo del an\u00e1lisis de decisiones, que intenta aliviar muchas de las dificultades operativas implicadas en sus distintas etapas, sobre todo en el c\u00e1lculo y uso de funciones de utilidad multiatributo. Con el t\u00e9rmino gen\u00e9rico intentamos resaltar que el sistema implementado se podr\u00e1 utilizar para resolver una gran variedad de problemas de decisi\u00f3n multiobjetivo, no habiendo sido creado ad hoc para ninguno concreto.  se ha pretendido desarrollar un sistema robusto que permita asignaciones imprecisas para los pesos, que representan la importancia relativa de los objetivos, y las utilidades individuales, que representan las preferencias del decisor sobre las posibles consecuencias de las alternativas en cada atributo.
