Estas han sido: 30 grados c y una maceracion corta.\u00f1 Con las conclusiones obtenidas de laboratorio, se han realizado vinificaciones a escala industrial, con el seguimiento de: ph, acidez, azucares, acidos malico y lactico, acido succinico y acetico, glicerina, compuestos fenolicos, elementos minerales y compuestos volatiles mayoritarios.
