<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis aborda los diferentes elementos, pertenecientes al sistema de recursos humanos de la empresa y a su sistema administrativo, que son esenciales para obtener el ajuste organizativo, y como consecuencia, la eficiencia y eficacia organizativa.  en este sentido, el cap\u00edtulo i examina la gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s b\u00e1sica del comportamiento, subrayando la necesidad de equilibrio entre racionalidad internacional y org\u00e1nica.  el cap\u00edtulo ii estudia los factores de complejidad del trabajo, y c\u00f3mo estos determinan las formas eficientes de gesti\u00f3n.  el cap\u00edtulo iii establece las formas de ordenaci\u00f3n de los incentivos, al servicio de la gesti\u00f3n de los diferentes tipos de trabajo.  el ca\u00edtulo iv proporciona el
