{"id":20757,"date":"2018-03-09T09:10:13","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/obtencion-de-nuevos-materiales-bituminosos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:10:13","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:13","slug":"obtencion-de-nuevos-materiales-bituminosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/obtencion-de-nuevos-materiales-bituminosos\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos materiales bituminosos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Rico Arnaiz De Las Revillas Gloria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los betunes asf\u00e1licos por sus caracter\u00edsticas presentan unas propiedades que no les permiten su utilizaci\u00f3n de forma directa en el campo de la ingenier\u00eda civil, son materiales que en verano por acci\u00f3n de las elevadas temperaturas tienden a fluir y, en invierno, por el fr\u00edo se hacen fr\u00e1giles y quebradizos.  todo ello hace necesario la modificaci\u00f3n de su estructura qu\u00edmica para poder ser utilizados con \u00e9xito en distintas ramas de la tecnolog\u00eda.  inicialmente, estos materiales se han modificado a\u00f1adiendo productos inorg\u00e1nicos tales como azufre y selenio, que si mejoraban las caracter\u00edsticas iniciales no lograban los \u00e9xitos esperados, fundamentalmente en lo econ\u00f3mico y en su durabilidad.  posteriormente se ha recurrido a la adici\u00f3n de materiales macromoleculares de tipo plast\u00f3mero tales como el polipropileno at\u00e1ctico y el copol\u00edmero etileno-acetato de vinilo, cuyas propiedades mejoraban notablemente. Nuevas estructuras se obten\u00edan por reacci\u00f3n cati\u00f3nica de friedel y crafts y por incorporaci\u00f3n de materiales macromoleculares termoestables en el seno del producto bituminoso, que aunque con buenos resultados t\u00e9cnicos presentaban costes muy elevados en la fabricaci\u00f3n de los nuevos productos, debido al elevado precio de los catalizadores de lewis, agentes acilantes o alquilantes, resinas epox\u00eddicas y poliuretanos utilizados como materias primas.  en el trabajo que se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo, los materiales bituminosos son modificados por productos de ti\u00f1po elastom\u00e9rico, como son los cauchos de estirono-butadino-estireno, copol\u00edmeros en bloques que contrariamente a la mayor\u00eda de los elast\u00f3meros tienen car\u00e1cter termopl\u00e1stico. Los nuevos materiales que se est\u00e1n obteni\u00e9ndo presentan unas propiedades adecuadas para su utilizaci\u00f3n de diversos campos de la ingenier\u00eda relacionada con la construcci\u00f3n: edificaci\u00f3n, carreteras, obra hidr\u00e1ulica ..
