Luz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La estructura 1,4-naftoquin\u00f3nica forma parte de una gran cantidad de compuestos que han sido objeto de numerosos estudios qu\u00edmicos y farmacol\u00f3gicos. Entre ellos, destaca la actividad citot\u00f3xica presentada por determinadas terpenilquinonas\/hidroquinonas de origen marino. Bas\u00e1ndonos en este hecho, se han sintetizado an\u00e1logos terpenil-1,4-naftoquin\u00f3nicos por cicloadici\u00f3n de diels-alder entre mirceno y p-benzoquinonas diferentemente sustituidas, que se han utilizado como \u00abcabeza de serie\u00bb para posteriores transformaciones.  con el fin de analizar la influencia que sustituyentes en el anillo quin\u00f3nico pueden ejercer en la actividad citot\u00f3xica, se han sintetizado series de terpenil-1,4-naftoquinonas con sustituyentes nitrogenados, oxigenados y de azufre en las posiciones c-2 y\/o c-3 del anillo quin\u00f3nico.  estos derivados se han obtenido mediante reacciones de adici\u00f3n nucleof\u00edlica a las terpenil-1,4-naftoquinonas \u00abcabeza de serie\u00bb, o por reacciones de sustituci\u00f3n nucleof\u00edlica a partir de terpenil-1,4-naftoquinonas halogenadas. algunos de estos compuestos han sido ciclados posteriormente, dando lugar a nuevos sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos fusionados al anillo naftoquin\u00f3nico.  todos estos compuestos han sido evaluados in vitro frente a varias l\u00edneas celulares neopl\u00e1sicas, habiendo mostrado algunos de ellos valores de citotoxicidad inferiores a 1um.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>S\u00edntesis y evaluaci\u00f3n citot\u00f3xica de nuevas terpenil-1,4-naftoquinonas<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 S\u00edntesis y evaluaci\u00f3n citot\u00f3xica de nuevas terpenil-1,4-naftoquinonas <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Mart\u00edn Mart\u00edn M.
