Se ha establecido adem\u00e1s dos mecanismos de transporte diferentes dependientes de transformaci\u00f3n celular. La fosforilaci\u00f3n del dominio aminoterminal de la prote\u00edna mayoritaria de la c\u00e1psida, vp2 expuesta en la part\u00edcula llena de adn, es una se\u00f1al de salida (nes) en las c\u00e9lulas transformadas humanas donde la fosforilaci\u00f3n es elevada. En las c\u00e9lulas procedentes de su hospedador natural, donde la fosforilaci\u00f3n es menor, el virus sale del n\u00facleo por la uni\u00f3n el dominio aminoterminal no fosforilado a la prote\u00edna no estructural ns2, que act\u00faa como adaptador al transportador celular crm1.  un segundo bloque de experimentos ha permitido determina la importancia de la fosforilaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e1psida viral en la salida nuclear del virus, y la identificaci\u00f3n de la kinasa celular que realiza esta funci\u00f3n. Puesto que la v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n celular implicada en la fosforilaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e1psida est\u00e1 inducida en c\u00e9lulas cancerosas humanas, estos resultados son especialmente importantes para la comprensi\u00f3n a nivel molecular de la interacci\u00f3n privilegiada de los parvovirus con c\u00e9lulas neopl\u00e1sicas humanas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
