Es un tema conflictivo, puesto que su optimizacion depende de dos fases: a nivel de regeneracion \u00abin vitro\u00bb y sistema de transformacion.  el objetivo de esta memoria es la obtencion de un sistema de transformacion genetica en pimiento (capsicum annuum l.), y la aportacion de datos del mecanismo de accion de resistencias naturales frente a enfermedades viricas en esta especie.  en esta tesis se desarrollan tres partes diferenciadas, en la primera se busca y logra el desarrollo de un sistema de regeneracion \u00abin vitro\u00bb mas eficiente que lo descrito previamente.
