Inicialmente se produjo la recogida de toda la informaci\u00f3n que contribuir\u00e1 a caracterizar tres institutos de educaci\u00f3n secundaria, para pasar luego a observar lo que ocurr\u00eda en la pr\u00e1ctica diaria de algunas de sus aulas, concretamente aquellas que -bajo unas largas negociaciones de acceso- se pudieron seleccionar.  en posesi\u00f3n de los resultados que los procedimientos de estudio utilizados generaron, se afinaron los objetivos perseguidos, y se pas\u00f3 a analizar el significado de todo el volumen de informaci\u00f3n que pose\u00edamos, centr\u00e1ndonos ya fundamentalmente es describir el ambiente de las aulas observadas. A la vez, se relacion\u00f3 y se constrast\u00f3 con los postulados te\u00f3ricos que detallan c\u00f3mo debe ser la ense\u00f1anza cuando nuestro prop\u00f3sito fundamental es educar con la diversidad. La confluencia de ambos procesos nos llev\u00f3 a alumbrar una serie de hallazgos.  en una \u00faltima fase se fue redactando el informe. Se estructur\u00f3 en dos grandes bloques. El primero -marco te\u00f3rico- refiere la base documental que detalla nuestro posicionamiento en torno a los grandes temas implicados en este estudio. El segundo -desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n- caracteriza metodol\u00f3gicamente la investigaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n -configurando un denso cap\u00edtulo- se despliegan los resultados obtenidos.
