Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los reactivos de yodo hipervalente presentan una amplia aplicaci\u00f3n en s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica y, en concreto, en qu\u00edmica heteroc\u00edclica. Adem\u00e1s, sus particulares caracter\u00edsticas, como son, baja toxicidad, f\u00e1cil manejo y alta disponibilidad, confieren un especial inter\u00e9s al progreso de su qu\u00edmica.  en este contexto, en el presente trabajo se ha estudiado la eficacia de la reacci\u00f3n de acoplamiento arilo-heteroarilo mediado por pifa, previamente puesta a punto en nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n para la s\u00edntesis de sistemas fenantrenoides, como paso clave para el acceso a sistemas tric\u00edclicos fusionados que incorporen un heterociclo nitrogenado.  por otra parte, se ha desarrollado una ruta sencilla y general para acceder a derivados quinolin-2-\u00f3nicos fusionados a heterociclos a trav\u00e9s de la reacci\u00f3n de amidaci\u00f3n arom\u00e1tica intramolecular mediada por dicho reactivo de yodo(iii).  por \u00faltimo, se ha aplicado dicha metodolog\u00eda a la s\u00edntesis de derivados 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-\u00f3nicos.
