{"id":20984,"date":"2018-03-09T09:10:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-de-podas-de-olivo-mediante-metodos-menos-contaminantes\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:10:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:33","slug":"obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-de-podas-de-olivo-mediante-metodos-menos-contaminantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-de-podas-de-olivo-mediante-metodos-menos-contaminantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtenci\u00f3n de pastas celulosicas de podas de olivo mediante m\u00e9todos menos contaminantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alejandro Rodriguez Pascual <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha procedido a la obtenci\u00f3n de pastas celul\u00f3sicas para la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel, a partir de podas de oliva, utilizando m\u00e9todos menos contaminantes, que no suponen la utilizaci\u00f3n de compuestos con azufre en el pasteado de las materias primas, ni de compuestos con cloro en el blanqueo de las pastas obtenidas.  en el proceso a la sosa, operando a 155\u00c2\u00bac, durante 30 minutos y con un 10% de sosa se consiguen aceptables valores para los contenidos de holocelulosa (79,3%), alfa-celulosa (62,8%) y lignina (18,2%) y unos valores del rendimiento (44,3%), grado de refinado (20,5 sr), \u00edndice de estallido (26,68 kg) e \u00edndice de desgarro (1,67 mnm2\/g), que difieren un 0,5%, 8,1%, 6,4%, 14,8%, 17,0%, 2,2% y 24,7%, respectivamente, respecto a sus valores \u00f3ptimos; adem\u00e1s, el contenido de extra\u00edbles con etanol-benceno (0,34%), el \u00edndice kappa (112,1) y la blancura (30,9%) presentan sus valores \u00f3ptimos, sin embargo, la longitud de ruptura (269,4 m) se desv\u00edan de su \u00f3ptimo un 66,5%.  en el pasteado con etanolamina y sosa, operando con un 15% de etanolamina, un 7,5% de sosa, a 187,5\u00c2\u00bac, con una relaci\u00f3n l\u00edquido\/s\u00f3lido de 4:1, durante 30 minutos, se consigue una pasta cuyo contenido de holocelulosa es el m\u00e1ximo (84,0%), mientras que los de alfa-celulosa (64,7%), lignina (12,3%), rendimiento (40,1%), viscosidad (548,7 ml\/g) e \u00edndice kappa (89,1),  se desv\u00edan un 5,3%, 7,9%, 23,2%, 21,3% y 16,6%, respectivamente, respecto a sus valores \u00f3ptmos. Sin embargo, la longitud de ruptura (281,4 m), \u00edndice de estallido (6,43 kn\/g) e \u00edndice de desgarro (0,38 mnm2\/g) diferen, respecto a sus \u00f3ptimos, un 71,9%, 73,5% y 61,2%, respectivamente.  en el pasteado con etilenglicol y sosa conviene operar a 180\u00c2\u00bac, con 7,5% de sosa y 15% de etilenglicol, durante 60 minutos y con una relaci\u00f3n l\u00edquido\/s\u00f3lido de 4:1, obteni\u00e9ndose una pasta con contenidos de holocelulosa (76,0%), alfa-celulosa (57,6%) y lignina (19,3%) y el rendimiento (50,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
