{"id":21011,"date":"2018-03-09T09:10:35","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/clonacion-y-caracterizacion-de-genes-relacionados-con-el-gen-chs5-de-s-cerevisiae\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:10:35","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:10:35","slug":"clonacion-y-caracterizacion-de-genes-relacionados-con-el-gen-chs5-de-s-cerevisiae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/salamanca\/clonacion-y-caracterizacion-de-genes-relacionados-con-el-gen-chs5-de-s-cerevisiae\/","title":{"rendered":"Clonaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de genes relacionados con el gen chs5 de s.cerevisiae"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Cartagena Lirola Hugo Fernando <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La parede celular es una estructura que constituye el exoesqueleto de hongos y levaduras, cuya integridad es esencial para estos organismos.  su estudio tiene inter\u00e9s biotecnol\u00f3gico, morfogen\u00e9tico y en la b\u00fasqueda de dianas espec\u00edficas para el dise\u00f1o de nuevos antif\u00fangicos.  la pared celular de la levadura saacharomyces cerevisiae se compone de glucano, manano y quitina (este pol\u00edmro constituye un 3% del peso seco de dicha estructura).  el gen chs5 participa en el proceso de bios\u00edntesis de quitina localizando a la prote\u00edna chs3p, la subunidad catal\u00edtica de la actividad quit\u00edn sintasa iii (una de las tres actividades quit\u00edn sintasa presentes en esta levadura). adem\u00e1s chs5p participa en el proceso de fusi\u00f3n celular durante la conjugaci\u00f3n transportando a la prote\u00edna fusp1p. Ciertas evidencias indican la posibilidad de la existencia de un gen parcialmente redundante con chs5 en ambos procesos. en esta levadura no hay prote\u00ednas hom\u00f3logas de chs5p, pero existe una prote\u00edna denominada yft1p y codificada por la fase de lectura abierta yel043w que es la \u00fanica, junto con chs5p, en presentar un dominio tipo iii de fibronectina (fn3) en su secuencia. Se estudi\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n funcional entre ambos genes y se comprob\u00f3 que no son redundantes en los procesos de s\u00edntesis de quitina y conjugaci\u00f3n.  en el caso de la levadura schizosaccharomyces pombe la pared celular est\u00e1 constituida fundamentalmente por glucanos y glactomananos, pero no posee cantidades detectables de quitina. Existe una prote\u00edna en esta levadura codificada por chs5+ que presenta un 31% de identidad con la prote\u00edna chs5p de s.Cerevisiae y adem\u00e1s es la \u00fanica en s.Pombe que posee un dominio fn3 en su secuencia. El estudio del gen chs5+ demostr\u00f3 que \u00e9ste no est\u00e1 implicado en la bios\u00edntesis de la pared celular, pero si en el proceso de fusi\u00f3n celular durante la
