Se han propuesto los mecanismos de reacci\u00f3n para todos los procesos sint\u00e9ticos.  los ensayos biol\u00f3gicos se han desarrollado en tres etapas complementarias: valoraci\u00f3n de la citotoxicidad a dosis de 100 y 20 um en l\u00edneas celulares tumorales de colon, vejiga y mama, comprobaci\u00f3n de la inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis y evaluaci\u00f3n de las activaci\u00f3n de caspasas. De los productos m\u00e1s activos se ha determinado la ic50. Se han discreto altos valores de citotoxicidad para siete de los productos sintetizados. En algunos de ellos los valores de apoptosis son hasta 13 veces superiores al control a la dosis ensayadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
