En la primera parte, se estudian reacciones quimicas y enzimaticas sobre aminoalcoholes. En el primer capitulo, se ha estudiado la sintesis de amidas y carbamatos de forma quimioselectiva en aminoalcoholes, utilizando esteres de oxima. Esta metodolog\u00eda ha sido aplicada en la acetilacion de la noradrenalina. En el segundo capitulo, se lleva a cabo un estudio sobre la resolucion de 2-amino-1-alcoholes. Se ha comprobado como los aminoalcoholes n-protegidos con el grupo benciloxicarbonilo son sustratos adecuados para la resolucion de 2-amino-1-alcoholes a traves de un simple proceso enzimatico de transesterificacion.  por otra parte, se han resuelto estos aminoalcoholes n-protegidos por medio de una reaccion de alcoxicarbonilacion enzimatica con un carbonato de oxima.  en la segunda parte de esta memoria, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de la acilacion enzimatica del anillo a de la 1 ,25-(oh)2-d3, forma hormonalmente activa de la vitamina d3 encontrandose que la cvl es la enzima mas adecuada para este tipo de procesos. Asi mismo, se han investigado las acilaciones enzimaticas sobre el enantiomero de este fragmento y sobre sus diasteroisomeros, con el fin de preparar nuevos analogos de la vitamina
