Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se describe la sintesis de diamidas opticamente activas mediante la aminolisis enzimatica del (+-)-2-cloropropionato de etilo y distintas diaminas. Por otra parte, se pone a punto un metodo muy adecuado para la resolucion del acido alfa-cloro-alfa-fenilacetico, que consiste en la hidrolisis del ester correspondiente en medio organico y en presencia de anilina.  los 3-hidroxiesteres opticamente activos son compuestos de interes en quimica organica. La aminolisis de estos sustratos catalizada por la lipasa de candida antarctica permite su resolucion junto con la preparacion de las correspondientes 3-hidroxiamidas opticamente activas. Estas amidas son sustratos adecuados para la sintesis de 1,3-aminoalcoholes. Especial interes tiene la sintesis del n-bencil-3-pirrolidinol. La reaccion enzimatica de aminolisis se ha aplicado tambien a la sintesis de b-cetoamidas a partir de b-cetoesteres y aminas con y sin centros quirales.
