Los grafos que m\u00e1s interesan son los grafos de distancias regulares.  en el cap\u00edtulo 1 se introducen las familias m\u00e1s importantes de grafos de distancias regulares: los grafos de hamming y los de johnson. Tambi\u00e9n se presentan las propiedades b\u00e1sicas de los esquemas de asociaci\u00f3n.  en el cap\u00edtulo 2 se estudia la relaci\u00f3n existente entre los dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n y los dise\u00f1os, y la relaci\u00f3n existente entre los dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n y los c\u00f3digos. La motivaci\u00f3n de esta tesis es la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos dise\u00f1os o nuevos c\u00f3digos a partir de dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n. Es bien conocido el gran inter\u00e9s matem\u00e1tico que despiertan tanto los dise\u00f1os como los c\u00f3digos. En los siguientes cap\u00edtulos se tratan diferentes aspectos de los dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n.  en el cap\u00edtulo 3 se describe un algoritmo que construye todos los dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n con matriz de adyacencia dada.  en el cap\u00edtulo 4 se desarrollan nuevos m\u00e9todos para construir dise\u00f1os tipo partici\u00f3n.  en el cap\u00edtulo 5 se deducen condiciones necesarias que debe cumplir una matriz para que pueda ser matriz de adyacencia de alg\u00fan dise\u00f1o tipo partici\u00f3n en el grafo de hamming binarios correspondiente. Tambi\u00e9n tratamos la clasificaci\u00f3n de las matrices de adyacencia de orden 2.  en el cap\u00edtulo 6 se presenta una construcci\u00f3n que ha sido denominada retorcer, y se aplica para probar la existencia de una familia de matrices que verifica que cada matriz de la familia es matriz de adyacencia de un \u00fanico dise\u00f1o tipo partici\u00f3n en el grafo de hamming binario
