Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo de tesis doctoral comprende la s\u00edntesis, el estudio te\u00f3rico estructural y la posterior evaluaci\u00f3n de la actividad biol\u00f3gica de una serie de nuevos an\u00e1logos carboc\u00edclos de nucle\u00f3sidos 1,2-disustituidos derivados de pirmidina, en los que el psudoaz\u00facar es un anillo de ciclopenteno.  se ha abordado la s\u00edntesis de estas mol\u00e9culas mediante una estrategia lineal de construcci\u00f3n de la base heteroc\u00edclica a posteriori. En dicha estrategia, se ha partido de la (+-) 6-azabiciclo[3.2.2]hept-3-en-7-ona para llegar al derivado urid\u00ednico a trav\u00e9s de dos rutas alternativas. En la primera se ha procedido a la s\u00edntesis del aminoalcohol funcionalizado convenientemente, para a continuaci\u00f3n generar la primiridina sobre el grupo amino. En la segunda se procedi\u00f3 a la inclusi\u00f3n en el nitr\u00f3geno am\u00eddico del fragmento beta-alcoxiacriloilcabamo\u00edlo, precursor de la pirimidina, para acceder en tan solo tres etapas al derivado de uridina. A continuaci\u00f3n se procedi\u00f3 a funcionalizar la posici\u00f3n 5 de la base heteroc\u00edclica, prepr\u00e1ndose en primer lugar los 5-haloderivados. Tambi\u00e9n se ha accedido a los an\u00e1logos de cicidina, a partir de los derivados de uridina correspondiente. A partir de la 5-yodouridina, mediante reacciones de acoplamiento cruzado catalizadas por paladio, se obtuvieron diversos derivados 5-alqu\u00ednicos y la (e)-5-(2-bromovini)uridina.  haciendo uso de la teor\u00eda aim, se pudo determinar que los efectos electr\u00f3nicos de la sustituci\u00f3n del anillo heteroc\u00edclico no alcanzan de forma importante en los carbonucle\u00f3sidos al anillo de ciclopenteno. Y que el cambio en la posici\u00f3n del doble enlace, tampoco afecta de modo significativo a la base heteroc\u00edclica. Tambi\u00e9n se pudieron cuantificar los efectos de diversas sustituciones en la base de uracilo.
