{"id":21310,"date":"2018-03-09T09:11:01","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/3d-reconstruction-of-the-coronary-tree-using-biplane-snakes\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:11:01","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:01","slug":"3d-reconstruction-of-the-coronary-tree-using-biplane-snakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/3d-reconstruction-of-the-coronary-tree-using-biplane-snakes\/","title":{"rendered":"3d reconstruction of the coronary tree using biplane snakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Cristina Ca\u00f1ero Morales <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis explora los problemas de la reconstrucci\u00f3n 3d de los vasos coronarios a partir de angiograf\u00edas: calibraci\u00f3n, extracci\u00f3n de los vasos a partir de las im\u00e1genes, y reconstrucci\u00f3n 3d del vaso.  la calibraci\u00f3n se divide en dos procedimientos: el primer procedimiento corrige la distorsi\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica, y el segundo se concentra en la estimaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros extr\u00ednsecos e intr\u00ednsecos del sistema de adquisici\u00f3n. la distorsi\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica} introducida por el intensificador de imagen se corrige mediante la definici\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo de polinomios para la distorsi\u00f3n. La principal ventaja de esta aproximaci\u00f3n es que la distorsi\u00f3n se puede corregir para cualquier vista, eliminando as\u00ed la necesidad de calibrar para cada adquisici\u00f3n.  respecto la estimaci\u00f3n de la geometr\u00eda de adquisici\u00f3n}, mostramos que las asunciones hechas por otros investigadores a la hora de estimar los par\u00e1metros extr\u00ednsecos s\u00f3lo son v\u00e1lidas en casos muy restringidos, y por tanto introducen un alto grado de error. Por ello, proponemos un modelo nuevo, m\u00e1s general y flexible, para calibrar los par\u00e1metros del brazo c. Gracias a este modelo, podemos obtener una estimaci\u00f3n precisa de la geometr\u00eda de adquisici\u00f3n.  despu\u00e9s de calibrar, los siguientes pasos de esta tesis se refieren a la detecci\u00f3n de los vasos y a la reconstrucci\u00f3n 3d. Debido a la baja relaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al-ruido de las im\u00e1genes de angiograf\u00edas, la segmentaci\u00f3n de los vasos} no es un problema trivial de resolver. Nosotros desarrollamos un filtro de difusi\u00f3n anisotr\u00f3pica para mejorar el resultado de las segmentaci\u00f3n de los vasos.Este filtro escoge autom\u00e1ticamente la escala del tensor de difusi\u00f3n para cada p\u00edxel y consigue un realce selectivo de los vasos. A partir de los puntos detectados del vaso, la reconstrucci\u00f3n 3d, se consigue aplicando t\u00e9cnicas parecidas a las de la visi\u00f3n est\u00e9reo, pero evitando el problema de la
