Para ello hemos estudiado el origen, trayecto y relaciones de la arteria del nodo a-v en un n\u00famero elevado de espec\u00edmenes humanos a nivel del tri\u00e1ngulo de koch y del espacio piramidal inferior, su distancia con respecto al endocardio auricular derecho y sus relaciones con el eje de conducci\u00f3n especializado a diferentes niveles del tri\u00e1ngulo de koch. Tambi\u00e9n hemos cuantificado el espesor del istmo cavo-tricusp\u00eddeo y analizado, el trayecto y profundidad subendoc\u00e1rdicade la arteria coronaria derecha y vena coronaria menor en los tres niveles en que hemos dividido el mencionado istmo.  los resultados del trabajo los hemos comparado con los de investigadores previos, aportando nuevos datos anat\u00f3micos y topogr\u00e1ficos, que
