Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La neoplasia mamaria es la tumoraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s frecuente en la mujere. Ocasiona una gran morbi-mortalidad, por lo que su diagn\u00f3stico suscita un gran inter\u00e9s.  la ecograf\u00eda es la t\u00e9cnica diagn\u00f3stica que complementa a la mamograf\u00eda, siendo esta \u00faltima la t\u00e9cnica gold standart hasta el momento.  los objetivos de esta tesis han sido determinar la mejor calidad de imagen que se puede obtener con ecograf\u00eda bidimensional con diferentes frecuencias, con doppler, color y amplitud con distintas frecuencias, tras diferentes filtros, con el uso de ecopotenciadores vasculares, as\u00ed como con tridimensi\u00f3n.  una vez obtenido el mejor, se ha determinado la sensibilidad, especificidad, valor predictivo positivo y negativo y compararla con la mamograf\u00eda.  para ello se han estudiado a 54 pacientes afectas a tumoraci\u00f3n mamaria que iban a ser sometidas a biopsia.  los resultados han mostrado que lo mejor es el empleo de altas frecuencias, la aplicaci\u00f3n de doppler con \u00e9stas, el uso de filtros de baja frecuencia y tras la aplicaci\u00f3n de ecoptenciadores vasculares.
