Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La ecograf\u00eda tridimensional es una nueva t\u00e9cnica diagnostica que est\u00e1 sufriendo un importante avance en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, lo que implica su mayor introducci\u00f3n en la cl\u00ednica diaria, y su controversia en los distintos estudios realizados.  esta tesis trata de realizar un estudio comparativo entre las ventajas e inconvenientes que encontramos en la 3d frente a la 2d y la comparaci\u00f3n entre las dos t\u00e9cnicas de que disponemos.  se ha dispuesto de 433 gestantes estudiadas con los dos sistemas, donde se valora:  * prerrequisitos t\u00e9cnicos y biol\u00f3gicos para generar excelentes im\u00e1genes en tridimensi\u00f3n:  1,- no existencia de movimientos maternos ni fetales.  2,- la presencia de una buena cantidad de l\u00edquido amini\u00f3tica.  3,- la posici\u00f3n fetal y la presencia de estructuras maternas va a defnirnos el tipo de imagen obtenida.  4,- la edad gestacional que nos delimita por un lado el tipo de transductor a utilizar y por otro lado va a impedirnos obtener una imagen completa fetal a partir de edades de gestaci\u00f3n superiores a 14-16 semanas.  * estimaci\u00f3n de la edad de gestaci\u00f3n con ecograf\u00eda transabdominal y transvaginal.  se ha realizado un estudio comparativo de las im\u00e1genes obtenidas por bidimensi\u00f3n y tridimensi\u00f3n, utilizando los medios de que dispon\u00edamos y consider\u00e1bamos m\u00e1s adecuados, tanto transductor transvaginal como transabdominal.  * comparaci\u00f3n entre la bidimensi\u00f3n y tridimensi\u00f3n de estructuras fetales.  se ha visualizado las diferentes estructuras fetales:  \u00f3rganos internos: coraz\u00f3n, extremidades, cara fetal, genitales.  valorando el \u00edndice de visualizaci\u00f3n de 2d, y el \u00edndice relativo de visualizaci\u00f3n con 3d, llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n de que los irf de 3d son peores que los de 2d, en todos los casos con diferencias importantes en algunas estructuras.  * comparaci\u00f3n de la 2d y 3d en casos de malformaciones.  apenas se encuentran ventajas en un caso de espina b\u00edfida, en la mayor\u00eda son similares,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Tridimension interactiva doppler color en gestaciones iniciales<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Tridimension interactiva doppler color en gestaciones iniciales <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Folch Ferrer M.
