La investigaci\u00f3n realizada se dividir\u00e1 en dos grandes apartados.  el primero de ellos se centrar\u00e1 en la medida de concentraciones de combustible en chorro diesel isotermo, utilizando la fluorescencia natural del diesel comercial para realizar las medidas. A su vez, se plantea un nuevo m\u00e9todo de calibraci\u00f3n de la fluorescencia para la fase l\u00edquida que presenta varias ventajas sobre el m\u00e9todo convencional. Adem\u00e1s, se proponen diferentes correciones que son necesarias a la hora de realizar medidas cuantitativas y que son debidas tanto al sistema experimental utilizado como a diferentes fen\u00f3menos que aparecen en la escena de medida.  el segundo corresponde a las medidas de concentraciones de combustible delas fases l\u00edquida y vapor del chorro diesel en condiciones evaporativas, utilizando, en este caso, la fluorescencia inducida por l\u00e1ser tipo exciplex (lief). En este caso, se ha aplicado en una instalaci\u00f3n experimetnal no utilizada hasta el momento, motor maqueta, utilizando un nuevo m\u00e9todo de calibraci\u00f3n tanto para la fase l\u00edquida como vapor. Adem\u00e1s, se ha realizado un estudio te\u00f3rico-experimental completo con la finalidad de establecer las limitaciones reales de la t\u00e9cnica de medida, indentificando los mayores fuentes de
