Ello llev\u00f3 a nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n a plantear la obtenic\u00f3n de an\u00e1logos semisint\u00e9tico de estos productos marinos y evaluar la influencia tanto del resto terp\u00e9nico como del quin\u00f3nico sobre la actividad biol\u00f3gica.  en este trabajo se han preparado diterpenilnafto(hidro)quinonas mediante cicloadici\u00f3n de diels-alder de \u00e1cido mirceocom\u00fanico y otros diterpenoides relacionados con p-benzoquinona. Algunas de ellas se han utilizado como \u00abcabezas de serie\u00bb para llevar a cabo modificaciones estructurales en el resto decal\u00ednico, partiendo de la funcionalizaci\u00f3n natural del diterpenoide, como son una funci\u00f3n \u00e1cido carbox\u00edlico y un doble enlace exoc\u00edclico.  entre las transformaciones planteadas en el anillo de decalina destacan isomerizaciones, epoxidaciones, oxidaciones ar\u00edlicas y descarboxilaciones, que han dado lugar a una serie de sustratos oxigenados que, por tratamiento con \u00e1cidos de lewis, han conducido a nuevos compuestos reordenados con estructuras decal\u00ednicas tipo halimano, nor-labdano, etc.  los compuestos sintetizados han sido evaluados in vitro frente a varias l\u00edneas celulares neopl\u00e1sicas; algunas de ellas mejoran la citotoxicidad de los \u00abcabezas de serie\u00bb, mostrando valores de ci50 por debajo de micromolar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
