Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se ha abordado en primer lugar la identificaci\u00f3n de cuatro genotipos (\u00abmatua\u00bb, \u00abtomuri\u00bb, clon a y \u00abhayward\u00bb) de actinidia deliciosa utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas de marcadores bioqu\u00edmicos (an\u00e1lisis isoenzim\u00e1tico) y de marcadores moleculares como son rapd y aflp.  el an\u00e1lisis isoenzim\u00e1tico de pgi y pgm revel\u00f3 polimorfismos entre los cuatro genotipos estudiados, encontr\u00e1ndose que el n\u00famero de alelos obtenido coincidi\u00f3 con el descrito previamente por otros autores para la variedad chlorocarpa y no para la variedad deliciosa.  estos mismos resultados tambi\u00e9n se encontraron en otros dos sistemas ioenzim\u00e1ticos no polim\u00f3rficos (aco y est), lo que pone en duda la utilidad de esta t\u00e9cnica para la separaci\u00f3n de genotipos muy pr\u00f3ximos como son taxones intraespec\u00edficos.  en el an\u00e1lisis de rapd, 11 de los 70 cebadores ensayados mostraron polimorfismos entre los genotipos, y concretamente tres de ellos mostraron bandas exclusivas de \u00abmatua\u00bb y \u00abtomuri\u00bb, por lo que la t\u00e9cnica si parece suficientemente sensible para la identificaci\u00f3n de cultivares o clones de actinidia deliciosa.  los aflp se han utilizado por primera vez para la identificaci\u00f3n de cultivares y clones de actinidia deliciosa y se han revelado como una t\u00e9cnica v\u00e1lida, permitiendo obtener gran n\u00famero de bandas exclusivas para los polinizadors \u00abmatua\u00bb y \u00abtomuri\u00bb.
