El trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se estructura en tres partes:  1,-contextualizaci\u00f3n de la actividad art\u00edstica de carmen laff\u00f3n: en la que se analiza el panorama cultural y art\u00edstico sevillano y madrile\u00f1o, donde tiene lugar la formaci\u00f3n y posterior trayectoria profesional de la artista.  2,- la obra art\u00edstica desarrollada por carmen laff\u00f3n: en la que se desarrolla, en primer lugar, un acercamiento biogr\u00e1fico a la figura de carmen laff\u00f3n en lo que se refiere a aspectos relacionados con su actividad profesional y, a continuaci\u00f3n, el an\u00e1lisis de su producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica atendiendo a las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas tratadas por la artista -pintura, obra gr\u00e1fica, escultura y escenograf\u00eda- y estructurando dicho an\u00e1lisis en funci\u00f3n de las tem\u00e1ticas abordadas: la figura y el retrato, el mundo objetual a trav\u00e9s de los objetos, las flores y bodegones, los espacios interiores y el paisaje rural, urbano, marino y el jard\u00edn. Finalmente se desarrollan las conclusiones que se derivan del estudio de su producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica.  3,- ap\u00e9ndices documentales: constituidos por un curriculum de exposiciones individuales y colectivas llevadas a cabo por carmen laff\u00f3n, as\u00ed como un inventario de sus obras.
