{"id":21474,"date":"2018-03-09T09:11:16","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/el-alpeorujo-en-la-alimentacion-de-corderos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:11:16","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:16","slug":"el-alpeorujo-en-la-alimentacion-de-corderos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/lleida\/el-alpeorujo-en-la-alimentacion-de-corderos\/","title":{"rendered":"El alpeorujo en la alimentaci\u00f3n de corderos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ferm\u00edn L\u00f3pez Gallego <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo \u00abel alperoujo en la alimentaci\u00f3n de corderos\u00bb, tiene por objeto estudiar la utilizaci\u00f3n de este subproducto, de la industria almazarera, en los piensos de cebo de corderos.  esta investigaci\u00f3n responde a una demandada del sector del aceite de oliva ya que genera, al mismo tiempo que aceite unos subproductos (orujo) y un efluente (alpech\u00edn) altamente contaminantes, que hacen necesaria su eliminaci\u00f3n. estas agroindustrias han desarrollado sistemas de extracci\u00f3n que incorporan el alpech\u00edn al orujo (alpeorujo), trasladando as\u00ed el problema del residuo contaminar al orujo.  su composici\u00f3n en grasa y fibra, as\u00ed como su bajo precio, hace que pueda entrar en la formulaci\u00f3n de piensos de cebo de corderos. Para ello se plantean cuatro pruebas experimentales a fin de estudiar el efecto del alpeorujo sobre la digestibilidad del pienso, el crecimiento de los animales, la canal y la carne obtenida, utilizando corderos merinos de cruce industrial.  el dise\u00f1o experimental utilizado para las pruebas de crecimiento, canal y carne es factorial con 3 factores: la incorporaci\u00f3n de alpeorujo a cuatro niveles (0-10-20-30% de la materia total), dos pesos de sacrificio y dos sexos (24 y 30 kg en machos, 22 y 48 kg en hembras). El estudio realiz\u00f3 en 5 corderos por lote y 2 lotes por tratamiento experimental total 160 corderos (80 machos y 80 hembras).  el coeficiente de digestibilidad de la materia seca y de la materia org\u00e1nica disminuye un 0,0447% y 0,0483% por unidad porcentual de incorporaci\u00f3n de alpeorujo en el concentrado. Los par\u00e1metros zoot\u00e9cnicos observados, en la fase de crecimiento estudiado, incrementan el consumo, y reducen la ganancia de peso en 6 g\/d por cada 10% de alpeorujo incorporado, siendo estad\u00edsticamente significativo solo en el nivel del 30% de alpeorujo. Lo que supone un empeoramiento del \u00edndice de conversi\u00f3n en 200 g, y el alargamiento de la duraci\u00f3n del cebo en un d\u00eda por cada 10% de alpeorujo
