As\u00ed, hemos obtenido evidencia de que la interacci\u00f3n con espermina se establece preferiblemente por el surco mayor, mientras que espermidina y putrescina interaccionan por el surco menor. A partir del estudio espectrosc\u00f3pico de la interacci\u00f3n de las poliaminas derivadas de ornitina con el oligonucle\u00f3tidos gc de doble hebra, se han detectado cambios en la estructura secundaria del oligonucle\u00f3tidos indicativos de la existencia de adn-z y cambios en la estructura terciaria indicativos de la presencia de una estructura adn-* y adn agregado, la cual posee un orden estructural similar al de un cristal liquido.  a diferencia del efecto de comparaci\u00f3n y estabilizaci\u00f3n de secuencias gc inducido por esta poliaminas bi\u00f3genas, en el oligonucle\u00f3tido at se provoca una relajaci\u00f3n de las fuezas inter-hebra. Este resultado es altamente significativo si se tiene en cuenta que los procesos de replicaci\u00f3n y transcripci\u00f3n del adn tiene su inicio e la apertura de la doble h\u00e9lice en regiones ricas en at.  por primera vez se ha demostrado la existencia de sitios preferibles de uni\u00f3n de la amina bi\u00f3gena histamina al adn, confirmando la estabilidad energ\u00e9tica de modelos de interacci\u00f3n por el surco menor.  se ha estudiado la interacci\u00f3n adn y tres an\u00e1logos aminoxi de las poliaminas derivadas de la ornitina, confirm\u00e1ndose las principales conclusiones obtenidas del estudio de la interacci\u00f3n con poliaminas bi\u00f3genas. Como resultado de relevante, se ha demostrado la diferente contribuci\u00f3n de los grupos amino primarios de espermidina en su interacci\u00f3n con adn.  mediante estudios de dicro\u00edsmo circular
