En primer lugar, el tratamiento con simvastatina de los pacientes con hipercolesterolemia familiar, que presentaban una actividad paraoxonasa baja, se asociaba a un incremento de la actividad hasta valores similares a los de individuos normolip\u00e9rmicos, independientemente de los polimorfismos pon1-55 o pon1-192. En segundo lugar, el entrenamiento f\u00edsico se asociaba a un aumento de la actividad paraoxonasa en los individuos qq y una disminuci\u00f3n de la misma en los portadores del alelo r para el polimorfismo pon1-192. El incremento de la actividad paraoxonasa inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del ejercicio f\u00edsico agudo era seguido por una disminuci\u00f3n subsiguiente de la actividad. La recuperaci\u00f3n de los niveles basales de actividad paraoxonasa a las 24h del ejercicio f\u00edsico agudo se daba en los individuos qq independientemente de su estado de entrenamiento, y en los individuos portadores del alelo r s\u00f3lo cuando estaban entrenados. En tercer lugar, el consumo elevado de \u00e1cido ol\u00e9ico comportaba un aumento de la concentraci\u00f3n de c-hdl y de la actividad paraoxonasa en los hombres portadores de los genotipos qr y rr
