Mar\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se enfatizan las capacidades de la difractometria de policistal para la resoluci\u00f3n de estructuras complejas.Se analiza el alcance y las limitaciones de diferentes m\u00e9todos y estrateg\u00edas de resoluci\u00f3n sobre una serie de compuestos m\u00e1s simples (ybacuo,yag y oxalatos\u00eddico) , para finalmente abordar la estructura de un compuesto org\u00e1nico de gran inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico.En relaci\u00f3n a la metodolog\u00eda destacamos que los m\u00e9todos directos usualmente utilizados con  la tos de monocristal,sigue siendo la mejor opci\u00f3n cuando el n\u00famero de datos est\u00e1 suficientemente sobredimanibrado .En otro caso,se pone de manifiesto el auge de los denominados \u00abmetodo de espacio
