{"id":21632,"date":"2018-03-09T09:11:30","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nuevos-terpenoides-de-algas-e-invertebrados-marinos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:11:30","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:11:30","slug":"nuevos-terpenoides-de-algas-e-invertebrados-marinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/la-laguna\/nuevos-terpenoides-de-algas-e-invertebrados-marinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos terpenoides de algas e invertebrados marinos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Enrique Dorta Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se describe la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las estructuras y estereoqu\u00edmicas de una serie de metabolitos de origen marino obtenidos de tres especies, dos algas: stypopodium zonale y cymopolia barbata y un molusco, aplysia dactylomela  del alga parda stypopodium zonale se obtuvieron una serie de nuevos diterpenos de biog\u00e9nesis mixta, as\u00ed como un n\u00famero de productos conocidos, todos ellos relacionados con el taondiol y con el \u00e1cido atom\u00e1rico. Un minucioso estudio espectrosc\u00f3pico de rmn mono- y bidimensional de 1h y 13c realizado con el \u00e1cido atom\u00e1rico y con sus productos relacionados, permiti\u00f3, junto con el an\u00e1lisis estructural de los nuevos compuestos aislados, corregir las estereoqu\u00edmicas err\u00f3neas de varios de ellos.  la estructura de uno de los productos del stypopodium zonale, la stypolactona, posee una parte no isopr\u00e9nica sin procedente entre los metabolitos de biog\u00e9nesis mixta obtenidos de algas pardas. De su estudio surgi\u00f3 la propuesta de una ruta biogen\u00e9tica general para todos los diterpenos de biog\u00e9nesis mixta obtenidos de phaephytas, incluida la stypolactona.  del alga verde cymopolia barbata se describen seis nuevos cymopoles.  en conjunto, de estas especies se han aislado 20 nuevos productos, que incluyen 2 nuevos esqueletos carbonados y 2 nuevos tipos estructurales.  como consecuencia de las singularidades biogen\u00e9ticas de algunas de las estructuras descritas de stypopodium zonale y aplysia dactylomela fue necesario hacer una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica exhaustiva de todos los diterpenos marinos obtenidos de algas y moluscos del g\u00e9nero aplysia, con objeto de tener informaci\u00f3n que ayudase a interpretar su posible origen biogen\u00e9tico. El procesamiento de esta informaci\u00f3n dio origen a dos revisiones que se incorporan en esta tesis.  asimismo, se incluye una tercera revisi\u00f3n de los distintos tipos de metabolitos aislados de
