As\u00ed, se han descrito por primera vez productos electoractivos de la electrooxidaci\u00f3n de los \u00e1cidos nucleicos sobre electrodos de grafito.  estos \u00e1cidos nucleicos electrooxidados pueden actuar como catalizadores de la oxidaci\u00f3n de nadh. Esta actividad electrocatal\u00edtica ha permitido dise\u00f1ar electrodos modificados con los \u00e1cidos nucleicos electrooxidados para la determinaci\u00f3n amperom\u00e9trica de nadh que logran reducir el sobrepotencial de la oxidaci\u00f3n del cofactor reducido en 350 mv. Los procesos redox asociados a estos productos de electrooxidaci\u00f3n han sido utilizados para la determinaci\u00f3n voltamperom\u00e9trica de los \u00e1cidos nucleicos precursores a potenciales pr\u00f3ximos a 0,1 v (ph 7). Asimismo, se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo electrocatal\u00edtico para la detecci\u00f3n de la hibridaci\u00f3n utilizando el colorante azul brillante de cresilo como indicador de la hibridaci\u00f3n y como catalizador de la oxidaci\u00f3n de nadh. La se\u00f1al electrocatal\u00edtica ha permitido distinguir la presencia de la secuencia analito de las que difieren de ella en un \u00fanico nucle\u00f3tido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
