En los puntos de mayor presencia de dichos pat\u00f3genos, se ha realizado, en una segunda etapa, un estudio comparativo de m\u00e9todos r\u00e1pidos de aislamiento e identificaci\u00f3n microbiana con respecto al m\u00e9todo tradicional.  como resultado de estos estudios se ha podido comprobar la presencia de los citados microorganismos en diferentes puntos del proceso. Asi, de las 645 muestras analizadas mediante el sistema mini-vidas tm, 107 (16,27%) fueron positivas para campylobacter spp., 225 (34,72%) para l.Monocytogenes y s\u00f3lo 30 (4,65%) fueron positivas para salmonella sp. Este \u00faltimo par\u00e1metro microbiol\u00f3gico fue tambi\u00e9n determinado por el m\u00e9todo tradicional, observ\u00e1ndose que sobre 490 muestras analizadas, 12(2,45%) fueron positivas.  los puntos de mayor incidencia de campylobacter spp., Fueron el intestino, la ves\u00edcula biliar y la canal antes de la evisceraci\u00f3n.  en el caso de l.Monocytogenes, los puntos que se destacaron fueron la pechuga, a la congelada, pechuga fresca, a la fresca, piel de la pechuga y del muslo y muslo congelado.  en cu\u00e1nto a la comparaci\u00f3n entre m\u00e9todos, el sistema mini-vidas tm para aislamiento e identificaci\u00f3n de campylobacter spp., Result\u00f3 ser el m\u00e1s efectivo, en comparaci\u00f3n al m\u00e9todo tradicional y al simplate tm, siendo estos dos muy semejantes estad\u00edsticamente.  en relaci\u00f3n a l.Monocytogenes, el m\u00e9todo tradicional result\u00f3 menos sensible seg\u00fan el estudio estad\u00edstico en comparaci\u00f3n a los m\u00e9todos mini-vidas tm, vip tm y reveal tm.  estos \u00faltimos tuvieron un comportamiento similar.
