En esta tesis hemos evaluado nuevos materiales zeol\u00edticos como componentes del catalizador de fcc. Las zeolitas mcm-22 e im-5 se han mostrado como potenciales aditivos para producci\u00f3n de olefinas y gasolinas reformuladas, presentando la zeolita im-5 propiedades catal\u00edticas similares a las de zsm-5 pero con mayor estabilidad hidrot\u00e9rmica. Las zeolitas monodimensionales con anillos de 14 miembros: utd-1, ssz-24 y cit-5, no ofrecen mayor actividad que las zeolitas tridimensionales de anillos de 12 miembros comercialmente empleadas usy y beta. La zeolita itq-2 por su alta \u00e1rea externa y elevada acidez presenta alta actividad en el craqueo de gasoil pero posee baja estabilidad hidrot\u00e9rmica.  la impregnaci\u00f3n con f\u00f3sforo aumenta la estabilidad hidrot\u00e9rmica de las zeolitas. La zeolita y mejora su actividad y selectividad a gasolina debido a la pasivaci\u00f3n de las especies activas de aluminio extrarred. En el caso de los aditivos, zsm-5 e um-5 tambi\u00e9n mejoran su estabilidad frente al tratamiento hidrot\u00e9rmico debido a la menor desaluminizaci\u00f3n de la red.  para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los nuevos materiales zeol\u00edticos y su estabilidad hidrot\u00e9rmica se ha desarrollado la metodolog\u00eda adecuada: el craqueo de n-decano para comparar la actividad y selectividad de los aditivos zsm-5 e im-5, el craqueo de gasoil disponiendo zeolita y seguida del aditivo en dos lechos consecutivos para realzar el efecto del aditivo en la selectividad, y el craqueo de di y triisopropilbenceno para reconocer si la zeolita est\u00e1 formada por anillo de 10 a 12 miembros y predecir a la vez la actividad en el craqueo de gasoil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
