El enfoque adoptado pretende contribuir al tratamiento sistem\u00e1tico de este problema, partiendo de un planteamiento general que despu\u00e9s se particulariza incorporando las caracter\u00edsticas de diversos elementos, como el codificador o el canal de transmisi\u00f3n.  para obtener la soluci\u00f3n a este problema de control se aplican las t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas de la programaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica estoc\u00e1stica (pde). Ello exige que se caracterice el comportamiento del sistema de transmisi\u00f3n como un sistema din\u00e1mico estoc\u00e1stico discreto, y que se defina una funci\u00f3n de coste cuya minimizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el objetivo de la estrategia  de control.  el planteamiento propuesto se particulariza para dos problemas distintos en funci\u00f3n del modo de codificaci\u00f3n del codificador: intracuadro e intercuadro. en cada uno de ellos se realiza la caracterizaci\u00f3n del sistema en t\u00e9rminos de pde, estableciendo primero el modelado de los elementos del sistema, donde destaca la aportaci\u00f3n adicional de la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la fuente de v\u00eddeo. Posteriormente se formula la din\u00e1mica y las probabilidades de transici\u00f3n del sistema, a partir de las cuales los algoritmos de la pde calculan la soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.  finalmente, se analizan los resultados obtenidos compar\u00e1ndolos con otras estrategias de control propuestas en la literatura, constatando la validez de nuestra aproximaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
