B) establecer el fenotipo de membrana de la cfu-l mediante tecnicas de citotoxicidad en 19 lanl. C) estudiar la capacidad de proliferacion autonoma de la cfu-l en 50 lanl. D) analizar la respuesta de los blastos al efecto de una serie de factores de crecimiento hematopoyetico recombinantes y determinar que factor induce mayor proliferacion (26 lanl), mayor autorrenovacion (9 lanl) y mayor incremento del n. De celulas en fase s del ciclo celular (8 lanl).  se concluye que tanto la eficacia de plantado como de proliferacion autonoma condiciona un mal pronostico. Las lanl granulociticas (tanto morfologica como inmunologicamente) proliferan mas \u00abin vitro\u00bb.
