Se han estudiado dos materiales representativos de los disponibles en el mercado: el cerasep(r) 410, basado en sic-sibc, representativo de los materiales basados en no-\u00f3xidos: y el nextel tm610\/umox, basado en al\u00famina, representativo de los materiales basados en \u00f3xidos.  se han realizado una serie de ensayos mec\u00e1nicos de fluencia a temperaturas entre 1000 y 1300\u00c2\u00bac y tensiones entre 50 y 300 mpa, as\u00ed como la caracterizaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica y microestructural de los materiales ensayados, mediante microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica de barrido. Tras la caracterizaci\u00f3n microestructural se ha efectuado una caracterizaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de la intercara mediante ensayos de empuje de fibras con la t\u00e9cnica de nanoindentaci\u00f3n.  a partir de los datos obtenidos en el estudio fractogr\u00e1fico y en el an\u00e1lisis microestructural, se ha elaborado un modelo de absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda durante los ensayos de fluencia. El modelo identifica la contribuci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda absorbida por cada mecanismo de da\u00f1o a la energ\u00eda total absorbida durante el ensayo.  por \u00faltimo, se presenta un modelo de oxidaci\u00f3n-fluencia, basado en los efectos de la oxidaci\u00f3n de la intercara y de la matriz, la deformaci\u00f3n y fluencia de las fibras y la disminuci\u00f3n de la resistencia de las fibras con el tiempo a alta temperatura. En particular, se estudia la influencia de las fases v\u00edtreas procedentes de la oxidaci\u00f3n de ciertas matrices basadas en sic, y su efecto sobre la transferencia de carga en la intercara fibra-matriz. el modelo determina la deformaci\u00f3n y tiempo a rotura as\u00ed como la evoluci\u00f3n de la fracci\u00f3n de fibras rotas con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
