Cioran\u00bb, aborda sus textos desde dos perspectivas. Por un lado, trata de exponer desde la sociolog\u00eda las condiciones de producci\u00f3n del discurso de cioran sobre la identidad. En este sentido se contextualiza la obra del fil\u00f3sofo rumano dentro del movimiento cultural del romanticismo en la europa central de finales del siglo xix y principios del xx. Dentro de este marco se pone de manifiesto la \u00abafinidad electiva\u00bb que el pensamiento de cioran revela en relaci\u00f3n con cierta corriente ut\u00f3pico-libertaria, ateo-m\u00edstica del juda\u00edsmo existente en este \u00e1mbito espacio-temporal.  tal homolog\u00eda se operativiza como estructura organizante de las reflexiones cioranas sobre la historia y la identidad, marcadas como jad\u00edsmo, misticismo y romanticismo, por un ideal de utop\u00eda-restituci\u00f3n.  esta tesis la describe \u00fanicamente en el orden del individuo. Desde este punto de vista, y ahora ya desde la filosof\u00eda, el an\u00e1lisis desarrolla la dial\u00e9ctica de la subjetividad de cioran, sirvi\u00e9ndose como gu\u00eda conceptual de los trabajos y pensamientos sobre la identidad desde el \u00e1ngulo de la ontolog\u00eda de e.L\u00e9vinas.  el pensamiento sobre el ser del fil\u00f3sofo rumano aparecer\u00e1 orquestado en esta investigaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las tres etapas con las que cioran articula su identidad: el antes del ser, el ser como tal y la necesidad de salir de \u00e9l, de dejarlo atr\u00e1s. Tanto desde la perspectiva sociol\u00f3gica como filos\u00f3fica se puede concluir que el pensamiento de cioran sobre el ser y la historia se materializa como un ideal cuyoo \u00abfin\u00bb retorna al inicio en un movimiento sin s\u00edntesis. Se trata, por tanto, de una dial\u00e9ctica sin resoluci\u00f3n que se mueve permanentemente entre los t\u00e9rminos \u00abutop\u00eda\u00bb y
