La introduccion de un anillo de dinitrotolilo en un esqueleto base de los receptores da lugar a un probable efecto de transferencia de carga, que conduce a la obtencion de constantes de asociacion elevadas en el caso de acidos y amidas aromaticos. Se han dise\u00f1ado receptores que actuan estabilizando el estado de transicion en reacciones de enolizacion de amidas y adiciones nucleofilas de pirrolidina a la acrilamida. Estos receptores resultan muy prometedores como nucleos sobre los que podran llevarse a cabo reacciones enantioselectivas.  se describe tambien la actividad biologica de algunos de los compuestos
