Por examen microscopico se cuantifica la expresion de los ag de proliferacion en funcion del numero de celulas reactivas a los sueros pc10 y ki67, estableciendose grados: bajo (25%), medio (25-50%), alto (50%); igualmente se cuantifica la expresion de los agnors en base a la proporcion de celulas tipo ii (celulas con alto contenido en particulas argirofilas).  ademas se hace estudio instrumental de agnors:  cuantificando la proporcion de celulas tipo ii, y calculando el area total por nucleo de celulas tipo ii y celulas tipo i (celulas con escasas particulas argirofilas). Los resultados indican que hay buena correlacion entre celulas tipo ii y celulas reactivas a los sueros ki67 y pc10, muy alta en tejido linfoide, pero en tejido mamario, el porcentaje de asociacion de variables solo es alto entre celulas tipo ii y pc10. El metodo aplicado para la cuantificacion de los agnors ofrece ventajas sobre los empleados anteriormente, evitando sesgos en la poblacion muestral.
