En el caso del sem, dichas t\u00e9cnicas son fundamentalmente la catodoluminiscencia (cl), la corriente inducida por el haz de electrones de modo remoto (rebic) y el microan\u00e1lisis de rayos x (wdx). En el stm, se ha utilizado el modo de corriente constante para obtener im\u00e1genes de topograf\u00eda, la espectroscop\u00eda t\u00fanel y la extensi\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de rebic de este microscopio. Adem\u00e1s, se ha hecho uso de otra t\u00e9cnica en campo pr\u00f3ximo como es la nf &#8211; cl (near field cathodoluminescence).  se han investigado los efectos del proceso de recristalizaci\u00f3n sobre la distribuci\u00f3n de defectos de los monocristales de znse, tanto puntuales como extensos, as\u00ed como las propiedades de recombinaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica que presentan las maclas de recocido que aparecen tras el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico.  en los monocristales de zno, se han investigado dos tipos de muestras obtenidas por el m\u00e9todo hidrot\u00e9rmico y de flujo alcalino, respectivamente. se ha observado que el m\u00e9todo de crecimiento influye de forma determinante en la distribuci\u00f3n de defectos de este material. Las medidas realizadas con stm y sts muestran que es la naturaleza de la superficie estudiada y no el m\u00e9todo de crecimiento la que determina las propiedades de recombinaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica superficial del material.  se ha comprobado que existen dos reg\u00edmenes de crecimiento en las pel\u00edculas de zno obtenidas por deposici\u00f3n asistida por l\u00e1ser pulsado. En las fronteras de grano de dichas muestras se forman zonas de carga especial que se han observado mediante rebic en el stm, lo que ha permitido obtener una resoluci\u00f3n lateral en torno a 4-5
