En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, hemos asistido a un aumento del n\u00famero de infecciones producidas por estos microorganismos. Una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas de esta especies es su multirresistencia, permanenciendo desconocidas sus bases moleculares.  objetivos  1,- determinar la actividad in vitro de diferentes quinolonas, macr\u00f3lidos y otros antimicrobianos (clindamicina, glucop\u00e9ptidos, cet\u00f3lidos, quinupristina-dalfopristina y linezolide) frente a 57 cepas de c.Amycolatum y 36 cepas de c.Jeikeium.  2,- caracterizar los mecanismos de resistencia a quinolonas de diferentes cepas de cultivos tipo y 22 muestras cl\u00ednicas mediante la amplificaci\u00f3n y secuenciaci\u00f3n de la qrdr de los genes gyra y parc.  3,- intentar establecer relaciones filogen\u00e9ticas entre las distintas especies mediante la comparaci\u00f3n de la qrdr de los genes gyra y parc.  4,- caracterizar los mecanismos de resistencia fenot\u00edpicos y genot\u00edpicos a macr\u00f3lidos de la s57 cepas de c.Amycolatum y 36 cepas de c.Jeikeium mediante la t\u00e9cnica de doble disco eritromicina-clindamicina y la amplificaci\u00f3n del gen erm(x).  material y m\u00e9todos  aislamiento de muestras cl\u00ednicas (57 cepas de c.Amycolatum y 36 cepas de c.Jeikeium). Caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica y bioqu\u00edmica de los microorganismos. clasificaci\u00f3n de las cepas de c.Amycolatum en multirresistentes y multisensibles. estudio de la sensibilidad bacteriana in vitro de 23 antimicrobianos, determinando la cmi mediante t\u00e9cnica de diluci\u00f3n en agar. Estudio de los mecanismos de expulsi\u00f3n activa en la resistencia a quinonolas y macr\u00f3lidos. El dise\u00f1o de los cebadores se realiz\u00f3 sobre secuencias conservadas de la qrdr de s.Aureus para la amplificaci\u00f3n de los genes gyra y parc, y sobre la secuencia descrita de c.Jeikeium para el gen erm(x).
