{"id":22433,"date":"2003-04-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-04-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diseno-de-sistemas-dispersos-de-hpmc-y-eudragit-para-la-liberacion-topica-de-fuscarnet\/"},"modified":"2003-04-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-04-04T00:00:00","slug":"diseno-de-sistemas-dispersos-de-hpmc-y-eudragit-para-la-liberacion-topica-de-fuscarnet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sevilla\/diseno-de-sistemas-dispersos-de-hpmc-y-eudragit-para-la-liberacion-topica-de-fuscarnet\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o de sistemas dispersos de hpmc y eudragit para la liberaci\u00f3n t\u00f3pica de fuscarnet"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Garc\u00eda Andreu Francisco Javier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre los objetivos incluidos en la presente tesis doctoral se han considerado la formulaci\u00f3n de distintos sistemas dispersos de hpmc y eidragit(r)  en asociaci\u00f3n hidr\u00f3fila\/lip\u00f3fila y propiedades sustantivos con la piel, la caracterizaci\u00f3n de las estructuras, evaluar la influencia de la incorporaci\u00f3n de fuscarnet sobre las propiedades psicol\u00f3gicas, evaluar el equilibrio din\u00e1mico de hidrataci\u00f3n, establecer los perfile syc in\u00e9ticas de liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco desde estos sistemas y determinar la influencia de las propiedades reol\u00f3gicas y el equilibrio din\u00e1mico de hidrataci\u00f3n sobre los perfiles de liberaci\u00f3n de fuscarnet.  las conclusiones permiten establecer que los sistemas de hpmc y eudragit rl30d muestran un comportamiento exlusivamente viscoso similar al de los fluidos, mientras que los sistemas de hpmc\/eudragit ne30d y hpmc\/eupragit rs30d muestran un comportamiento reol\u00f3gico, de fluidos estructurales de naturaleza viscoel\u00e1stica la inclusi\u00f3n de foscarnet no modifica el comportamiento reol\u00f3gico.
