Estas unidades se han incorporado mediante reacciones de condensaci\u00f3n entre los correspondientes cloruros de \u00e1cido organomet\u00e1licos y los grupos amina primaria terminales de los esqueletos dendr\u00edticos.  posteriormente se han sintetizado compuestos m\u00e1s sencillos que contienen tambi\u00e9n centros de cobalticinio y ferroceno. Tres de ellos fueron preparados a partir de 1,2-diaminobutano, y sirven como modelo de caracterizaci\u00f3n para las familias dendr\u00edticas. El \u00faltimo compuesto incluye en el puente de uni\u00f3n entre ambos metalocenos un nitr\u00f3geno cuaternario, rasgo estructural que le confiere solubilidad en medio acuoso, una vez que se lleva a cabo la reducci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica de la unidad de cobalticinio a cobaltoceno.  todos los compuestos sintetizados se han caracterizado mediante an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico elemental, t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas de infrarrojo, resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear de protr\u00f3n y carbono trece, espectrometr\u00eda de masas (l-sims, esi-mas y maldi-tof ms) y en algunos casos por fluorescencia de rayos-x (txrf) y difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x.  se ha estudiado el comportamiento electroqu\u00edmico en disoluci\u00f3n mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas, de los derivados homo- y heteromet\u00e1licos sintetizados. en general se han observado cambios en la solubilidad de los dendr\u00edmeros, al producirse cambios en los estados de oxidaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado un estudio de los dendr\u00edmeros en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa en presencia de beta-ciclodextrina. el uso de t\u00e9cnicas de simulaci\u00f3n ciclovoltam\u00e9tricas ha sido \u00fatil para estimar par\u00e1metros termodin\u00e1micos del equilibrio de complejaci\u00f3n con beta-ciclodextrina.  se ha comprobado qu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
