{"id":22487,"date":"2003-07-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-07-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-biomecanico-del-salto-vertical\/"},"modified":"2003-07-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-07-04T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-biomecanico-del-salto-vertical","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/palmas-de-gran-canaria\/analisis-biomecanico-del-salto-vertical\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis biomec\u00e1nico del salto vertical"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen Ferragut Fiol <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para averiguar cu\u00e1les son las principales varaibles biomec\u00e1nicas que determinan la capacidad de salto vertical, se determin\u00f3 la din\u00e1mica de generaci\u00f3n de fuerzas (plataforma de fuerzas kistler), la velocidad angular de la rodilla, la actividad electromiogr\u00e1fica superficial del m\u00fasculo cu\u00e1driceps (iemg) y la composici\u00f3n corporal (absorciometr\u00eda fot\u00f3nica dual de rayos x) en jugadores de voleibol profesionales (21 hombres y 9 mujeres) y estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica (ef, 12 hombres y 11 mujeres), durante saltos verticales m\u00e1ximos sin contramovimiento (o sj) y con contramovimiento (o cmj) y en condiciones isom\u00e9tricas (fim).  los saltos fueron efectuados en diferentes condiciones de carga (peso corporal, +10kg, +20kg, +40kg) y descarga (-5kg, -10kg y -20kg).  independientemente del sexo, la fim de los jugadores de voleibol fue similar a los estudiantes de ef, una vez ajustada en funci\u00f3n de la masa muscular de las extremidades inferiores. Los jugadores de voleibol presentaron una capacidad de salto superior gracias a su mayor habilidad para desarrollar valores de fuerza m\u00e1s elevados y de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida durante la fase de impulsi\u00f3n, consiguiendo generar valores de potencias superiores y mayor altura de vuelo sin que casi cambie el tiempo necesario para saltar. Adem\u00e1s, los jugadores de voleibol aprovechan m\u00e1s eficazmente los mecanismos de potenciaci\u00f3n del salto por contramovimiento. En los saltos con contramovimiento, el impulso positivo combinado con la masa muscular y la masa muscular relativa de las extremidades inferiores permti\u00f3 explicar un 98% de la variabilidad de la altura de vuelo en el cmj. En los sj, tambi\u00e9n fue posible explicar un porcentaje similar de la variabilidad de la altura de vuelo utilizando las mismas variables. En los saltos con sobrecarga el movimiento y la velocidad de generaci\u00f3n de fuerza son m\u00e1s lentos, siendo este efecto m\u00e1s acentuado en los estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica que
